Ed Spoto
has been a professional audio engineer for over 12 years. Spoto’s
touring mixing and system engineer credits include James Taylor, The Moody
Blues, George Strait, Dixie Chicks, The Rolling Stones, Live, korn, Limp
Bizkit, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Leeann Womack and many
others. Spoto holds an Electrical Engineering degree from Vanderbilt
University and graduated Valedictorian from the Full Sail Center for
Recording Arts. He has also served as Technical Director for AMS
Production Group and Operations Manager at Showco, Inc. Spoto is now
Secretary/Treasurer and Operations Manager for Crossroads Audio, Inc. in
Dallas, TX. |

Production Coordination, Senior VP Sales/Marketing and Executive
VP/General Manager. His major touring production and mixing engineer

Madison in
August 2002. She enjoys spending time with her families in
Florida and Dallas, and playing with Madison. An
avid angler, Ashley spends her free time in Florida fishing for snook,
tarpon,
redfish, and trout. Although she is behind the scenes, you have
probably met her since she is the face behind the upbeat voice on the
phone.

Entered the "business", at Six Flags Over
Texas, soon after starting college at UTA in 1982. Graduated in
1986 with Bachelor's of Business Administration. Started working
with Crossroads in July 1987 as Lighting Director, moved into Rental
Department in 1989 when I started to pursue my MBA, which was completed
in 1991. Since then, I have worn many hats here at Crossroads and
continue to find the people and challenges of the audio business
enjoyable

Department Manager Mike
Ponczek is a veteran of over 30 years in the professional music and
live sound industries. Ponczek first enjoyed a successful musical career
as multi-keyboardist with Capitol recording artists, Ethos. After studying
Electrical Engineering at Indiana/Purdue University, his live sound career
blossomed during the 80’s and 90’s - mixing and system engineering
multiple major tours for such artists as Eric Clapton, Paul McCartney,
Roger Daltrey, The Kinks, The Clash, The Who, Mike and the Mechanics, John
Fogerty, The OJays, Toto and many others. Ponczek is also a winner and
four-time nominee of the prestigious MIX Magazine TEC Award for Live Sound
Engineer of the Year. He is now Event Services Manager for Crossroads
Audio, Inc. in Dallas, TX.
